POVGEAR services and ships worldwide. Yes, I know, we’re awesome! But please note, shipping fees and times will vary depending on the country being shipped to. Certain terms & conditions may apply.

NORTH AMERICAN ORDERS

For the United States and Canada all duty taxes are covered by Povgear.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (This only applies to international orders.)

For international shipments, all customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. As the taxes and duties vary by country, please check with your customs office for estimated cost.*

*IMPORTANT: 15% restocking fee is charged for the following circumstances:

1. Customer rejects to pay duties (taxes) and the item is returned.
2. Customer inputs an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned. In addition, original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

For items that get lost or are damaged due to the above two errors by the recipient, no refunds will apply.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS
In the United States and for International Orders we use several different transport services for shipping and delivery, including USPS, FedEx, and. Orders within Canada are all shipped by Canada Post.  For the USA we use a 2-3 day service (depending on location) and International orders it will be 10-15 business days for delivery.

Please note, all of our shipments will have a tracking number provided.

When will my order ship?

All orders that are in stock, after receiving your order confirmation, ships in 1-2 business days. Orders made after 11AM EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

SHIPPING FEES/OPTIONS
All USA and Canadian orders receive Free Shipping on orders over $80. Purchases under $80 will be shipped at a Flat Rate of $12. International order is Free Shipping on orders over $160, and a Flat Rate of $34 for all orders below $159.99.

TRACKING DETAILS
Simple. As soon as your order leaves our facility – we will e-mail you a tracking number for your package which will enable you to stay up to date to see where your package is.
