We guarantee Povgear products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or extend to any Povgear product that has been modified. Only original Povgear products are covered under this warranty.
Unused items can be exchanged or returned within 90 days of purchase. We’ll also cover the shipping in the U.S.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
We do not offer exchanges. A refund will be issued and you may purchase a new product.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

For exchanges, please first send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org which includes your name, email, phone number, order number and the specific item you purchased from us. Once you receive our confirmation, simply send your item to the address provided you.
